The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the train and bus stations, as well as the nearby shopping mall. The staff at the reception desk are incredibly kind and make you feel genuinely welcome. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds on the ground level. The breakfast provided is delicious and a great way to start the day.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Breakfast was good but other meals were disappointing. Room was spacious and guest bed was comfy. handy for ascot races.

Corridor upstairs had an unventilated air/ smell.

One minor drawback is the lack of a lift in the hotel, which may prove inconvenient carrying heavy bags.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very good area. The location was perfect for my visit, and the reasonable price made it even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my room was immaculate and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The room was kept clean and tidy throughout my 3-day stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the beds were comfortable.
